Your file, charged into something real.

• The instant quote on our website is an estimate. After you send a quote request, we review your file and email you a final price and timeline.
• The final price can differ from the estimate if your file needs supports, repairs, splitting into pieces, or settings other than the ones you chose. We'll explain any difference.
• Your order is confirmed once you approve the final quote and pay the invoice. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
• We print the file you send, as you send it. Please check its size, units (millimeters), wall thickness and fit before ordering.

• After you approve a quote we email you an invoice with a secure payment link. Payment in full is due before printing starts.
• Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Pennsylvania sales tax is added to orders shipped to a Pennsylvania address, as required by law, and is shown on your quote and invoice.
• Prices are in US dollars.

• Most small orders ship within a few business days of payment. Large parts and bigger quantities take longer. Your quote includes an estimated ship date.
• If something will delay your order, we'll email you right away.

• We ship within the United States only, from Lansdale, PA, by USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.
• Local delivery: within about 15 miles of Lansdale, we hand deliver on weekdays between 8 AM and 4 PM for a flat $8. We'll email you to set a time and confirm your address is in range. If it isn't, we'll offer USPS shipping instead.
• Delivery times are USPS estimates and aren't guaranteed. You'll get a tracking number when your order ships.
• Please double check your shipping address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, reshipping is charged again.
• Lost or damaged packages: email us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date, if it never arrives) with photos of any damage and the packaging. We'll reprint and reship your order or refund you, and handle the claim with USPS ourselves.

• You can cancel for a full refund any time before printing starts.
• Once printing has started, your parts are made to order for you, so we can't cancel or refund them unless something is our fault (see Reprints and refunds).

We check every part before it ships. If something is wrong because of our printing, we'll make it right.

Covered: we reprint free or refund you

• The part doesn't match your file or the options you ordered (wrong filament, color, infill, quantity or size).
• Print defects such as layers separating, warping that affects use, missing sections or failed areas.
• Parts damaged in shipping (see Shipping).

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. You usually won't need to send the part back. If a reprint isn't possible, we refund the cost of the affected parts.

Not covered

• Problems with the design itself: parts that don't fit, tolerances that are too tight or loose, walls or features too thin to print well, or a file in the wrong units.
• Normal signs of FDM printing: visible layer lines, small marks where supports were removed, slight color differences between batches, and minor stringing.
• Damage from use: for example PLA softening in a hot car or direct sun, or a part breaking under more load than the material can handle.
• Changing your mind after printing has started.

• By sending us a file, you confirm that you own it or have permission to have it printed, including any logos, characters or other designs in it.
• Your files are used only to quote and print your order. We never sell, share or reuse your designs.
• We keep files for 90 days after your order ships so reorders are easy, then delete them. Ask us any time to delete yours sooner.
• We may decline any order. That includes weapons or weapon parts, anything illegal, and items that copy someone else's trademark or copyrighted design without permission.

• Our parts are printed plastic and are not certified for safety critical, medical, child safety or life support uses, or for carrying loads where failure could injure someone.
• FDM prints are not food safe. Tiny gaps between layers can trap bacteria, so don't use them for food or drink.
• You're responsible for deciding whether a part suits its use. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

• What we collect: your name, email address, the details of your quote and messages, and, for orders, your shipping address and phone number if you give one.
• Your 3D model in the quote tool is opened and measured in your own web browser. It's only uploaded to us when you send a quote request, so we can review and print it. Uploaded files are stored privately with our website host and deleted automatically after 90 days.
• How we use it: only to answer you, quote, make, ship and support your order, and keep the records the law requires (such as sales and tax records).
• Who else handles it: our contact form delivers messages to our email through a form service; our payment processor handles payments; USPS receives your shipping address (local deliveries are made by us); and our website host keeps standard visit logs. The site also loads fonts from Google and the 3D viewer from a public code library. We don't sell your information or use advertising trackers.
• Your choices: email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, except records we must keep by law.
